There are two starting points of baldness

One can start at the front, the regrowth of hair are becoming more inward. Both sides of the front strip as well. Another starting point is at the vertex at the top of the skull. Hair more refined and more and eventually leave empty. This empty and the two sides meet and leaves grow more hair at the bottom of the head. Treatment can be monitored and slow the progression of baldness by reactivating hair follicles. It is also possible to predict baldness, and some centers offer simulations on its development. It is compared age and condition of hair. Age and progression of baldness depends on each person because each individual has its own rate of sensitivity to androgens. Your hairstyle should adapt to your baldness.
Before starting treatment can accompany the simulations with a diagnosis of hair and thereafter initiate treatment. For better prevention, treatment can begin very soon once the refinement of hair are out. This allows preventive treatment to keep hair grow and slow down the process of alopecia.  The diagnosis give elements which allow for treatment best suited to the hair of the person. For a good result, monitoring of treatment should be regular and well respected.
