The bases for the treatment of acne

The bases for treatment of acne, to try to heal or to minimize the nuisance effects until the disease decreases by itself: Topical agents: Acne can be treated with topical agents, even if it takes a long wait before seeing the results. 
 Beauty products : they are not a factor for the disease but some products may cause skin irritation on a patient. Use non-comedogenic (available in pharmacies). Avoid oily skin creams and vegetable oils, lanolin, alcohol, oils derived from petroleum and oleic acid.
Oils : oils such as coconut, jojoba, the essence of lavender (which soothes and heals the scars) and the tea tree (which fight infections with its antiseptic and antibacterial properties) are beneficial against acne.
 The food : Avoid fried foods, foods and fatty fish such as iodine. Add to vitamin A in your diet after consultation if necessary dietitian for well known features.
Cleaning and scrubbing - Clean your skin usually in the up remover carefully before going to bed. Gum about 2 to 3 times per week.
