Filling wrinkles: choose a permanent or not?

Some people claim that wrinkles are the mirror of life and we should not be ashamed, quite the contrary.

They are perhaps not wrong but today, who can claim to love contemplate its own wrinkles in the mirror in the morning?

The aging of the face is due to a loosening of the skin becomes less elastic and its degradation with the development of blemishes and wrinkles. To correct the sagging of the lower face and therefore the excess skin, the technology most commonly used is the facelift and eyes are corrected by blepharoplasty. Other methods lighter have emerged as the filling of wrinkles or abrasion.

The abrasion removes the top layer of skin by peeling, dermabrasion and lasers. The filling of wrinkles just him, filling the furrows and wrinkles with injectable implants which can be divided into two categories: absorbable implants and permanent implants. How does it work? In the case of absorbable implants, injections send products to fill wrinkles in the furrows of the face to enhance or wrinkles to blur. These products are gradually eliminated by the body giving this intervention its temporary nature. Products used in this case are based collagen, hyaluronic acid, polylactic acid, elastin or botulinum toxin . These products are not allergenic and concentrations to adapt to different types and locations of wrinkles and furrows.

Their effects last a few months as appropriate. As against, injections of non-absorbable achieve results for several years: they are based synthetic acrylamide or fat from the patient. These products are well tolerated by the body, they do not stop aging but correct the status quo. In general, they are used for deep furrows.

The technique may be the best (the filling) is to use the fat of the patient, taken at the hips, belly or thighs to avoid completely any rejection and side effects. The filling of wrinkles is thus a natural and this technique, performed under local anesthesia, can restore volumes released to the face (cheeks, forehead, temples, chin ). Similarly, the deepest grooves are treated as naso-labial fold (corners of the nostrils) or the folds of bitterness (corners of the lips chin). As against the fine wrinkles and superficial are not addressed. In non-absorbable, there are also solid implants: these are pieces of cloth or synthetic yarn inserted under the ride.

They are also used to shape the lips. These implants are performed under local anesthesia and produce a lasting wrinkle fillers. They can of course be withdrawn in case of problems. There is no age to appeal to these interventions. Side effects are not so troublesome with redness, swelling or a small bruise for a few hours or days. These non-absorbable implants give a result that will be progressive and really visible between 1 to 3 months after their introduction.

The filling of wrinkles is sustainable with this technique which can be revised every 2 or 3 years. As against, it will last from 6 to 12 months in the case of absorbable implants that more correct, however small wrinkles. Rates vary depending on whether you choose a wrinkle filling with products or non-permanent (from € 250 for a non-permanent, up to 2500 € and more permanent techniques).
