Different types of Acne

Moderate acne:
In addition to the medicines mentioned above, this form of acne, stronger, requires treatment with oral antibiotics which are:
This medicine is non-steroidal, relieves pain and inflammation fighting.
Isotretinoin – This molecule, derived from vitamin A is very effective to combat the persistent acne and scars caused by them. It significantly reduces sebum production, destroys the bacteria that produce acne and fight inflammation. If the use of topical agents was not enough, this drug could be combined for efficiency.
Spironolactone – It is a diuretic, antibacterial, with direct effects on the sebaceous gland and thus greatly reducing the production of sebum and the training of black spots. It is usually prescribed for women. It is usually prescribed for women. Tetracycline – This antibiotic kills the bacteria and acne is very effective for cystic acne but not against black spots.
Doxycycline : With the same properties as tetracycline, it is generally more efficient. Doxycycline

Severe Acne:
People with severe acne should consult a dermatologist to be treated by oral medication. It takes time to determine whether it's moderate or severe acne, therefore the choice to take drugs is also delayed.
First, isotretinoin is tested on patients. If little or no result appears a few weeks after the start of dosing, we must increase the dosage of oral antibiotics or oral anti-androgens (for women) and follow the treatment in the long term, sometimes a year for acute acne.
