Brushes are your Essential Tools

No matter whether you are applying Concealer or foundation you will need a brush for each product and there is a different type. There are several kinds of brushes necessary to achieve maximum results with mineral makeup and the foundation brush is central to that success.  Although other brushes are similar to the Kabuki it has a shorter handle and Stiff Bristle. The importance of the shorter stiffer brush comes into play when practicing the buffing motions necessary for full coverage.
The level of coverage needed for conceler is what determines if a brush is used or finger tips.Your fingers can be used if more coverage is needed to consealer and brush is used if less coverage is needed for and under the eyes if dark circles do not need to be hidden. For blemishes a lip brush can be used to concentrate the consealer as it has short bristles and has a slight taper.
It is important to understand that the brush is at least as responsible for how your mineral makeup looks as is the mineral makeup itself. Sometimes you can skimp a little makeup on quality but it is Adviser to never go for the lower quality brush. Learn to tell the difference and find the brushes that work best for you by testing them against the same makeup on different sides of your face.
