Bad breath – Tips to Avoid and Eliminate Bad Breath

Bad breath is in every case something uncomfortable, both for who owns what and for the people to a surround it.
 
In principle, you must differentiate between bad breath temporary, due to the intake of any food that you do not fell well, caused by the medication you are taking, or simply that you have to get up from chronic bad breath or halitosis.

If you are within the scope of the first case, no need to worry. On the other hand, if you go into the second consultation with a doctor or a dentist, to better understand its causes and try to avoid it forever. Meanwhile, keep in mind that some things we're doing could cause, such as a poorly balanced diet, too rich in sugars and starches that are deposited in teeth.
 
 The cavities also produce a constant bad breath until they are repaired by the dentist, and so does the formation of tartar. It is desirable to prevent the use of a brush for cleaning after each meal, and also recommended more thorough cleaning with dental floss. Many times, in trying to maintain fresh breath, chew gum or mint tablets, when the best thing we could do is to wash your teeth after every meal and, if necessary, conduct some type of mouthwash.
 
Certain digestive problems such as dyspepsia could cause halitosis. Also constipation and certain medications. Some allergies to certain foods also tend to be causes of bad breath for a rather long time. Diseases such as diabetes, infections in the nose and throat and smoking are also common causes of chronic bad breath. 
 
 HOW TO AVOID THE BAD BREATH
 - Avoid sugars, however, eat fruits, vegetables and foods with high fiber
 
 - Avoid coffee, tea, snuff and alcoholic beverages
 
 - Wash your teeth after every meal
 
 - Use dental floss. The remains of food that often remain between the teeth also cause bad breath
 
 - Visit your dentist regularly and the doctor to prevent disease
 
 - If you've eaten garlic, the best way to remove it from our breath is chewing parsley leaves or raw coffee beans
 
 - To avoid bad breath that could come from the onion, chew beets cooked some beans or uncooked
 
 - If you want whiter teeth, once a week with a sage leaf. Another option is to move cotton soaked in hydrogen peroxide of 10 volumes. The latter is not often done, but on rare occasions.
